THE SCHOOL SYSTEM IS FAILING OUR STUDENTS WHEN NICKI MINAJ RECEIVES A ‘TEACHER OF THE YEAR AWARD’

Okay-Nicki Minaj was named teacher of the year for ‘Better Education Place’ an organization in South Florida.

Participating Teachers who actually TEACH the students were all outvoted by Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne supporters.

How the hell Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne name became a part of the voting poll is beyond my understanding.

The organization’s CEO, Melvin El, justified the choice, saying:

“They’re teaching them better — in many cases — than teachers in the classrooms. Of course they were waning on the content — they weren’t teaching the things that would make kids successful in life, but again, the point that my team was making is that they’re teaching kids in an abundant way.”

I can assure you this man has never purchased a Lil Wayne or Nicki Minaj cd, the fact that he believes rappers are better influences or shall I say educators than actual certified teachers is proof that he is an ignorant man without much knowledge about what a child needs to be successful. I’m not sure how he got his job-I’m certain a whole lot of black kids are suffering from his leadership-in an abundant way!
