Talk That Talk, Rihanna new album went gold, and she just sold her L.A. home for $5 million. She bought the home over 2 years ago, but has yet to live in it, due to severe water damage, Rihanna had to put her 10,000 sqft, 8 BR, $6.9M home on the market 6 about 6 month ago. The Beverly Hills Post Office area home was listed at $4.5M, but was actually just sold for $5.03M.
