“TUCKER, Ga. -- DeKalb County Police have arrested a MARTA police officer for sending explicit text messages to a 14-year-old girl.
Willie Clarence Lee Jr. was taken into custody Wednesday. DeKalb Police spokeswoman Mekka Parish said the 46-year-old suspect sent disturbing messages and "a pornographic image" to the underage victim, and that he had been doing so for five years.
Investigators said the victim's adult caregiver noticed the messages on the child's cell phone and called police.
Parish said Lee is an ex-boyfriend of someone in the victim's family.
Lee has been charged with child molestation and sexual exploitation. He was granted $10,000 bond Wednesday.” –WSBTV.com
Very little tolerance for people like this.Way to represent law enforcement. Our children seem to be targeted from all sides. This is the problem with our youth.Adults who fail to be responsible, thus failing our children.Policies that tolerate behavior like this with minimal punishment. These are the type of people who should be in prison. They usually repeat their behavior. His kind are the real menace to society. No telling what else this officer has done. Some children have few people they can trust and people like him are why.Disgusting indeed. What is wrong with adults? No self controls or discipline.A poor example of a real man.A perfect example of what not to be.Stupidity and immaturity has become the soup of the decade.
